Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how the ValuSuite tools work, what they produce, and what they are not.
Is ValuSuite free to use?
+
Yes. The ValuSuite tools are free to use and no account is required. There are no subscriptions, memberships, credits or plans.
Do the tools automatically share data between each other?
+
No. The tools are conceptually connected but technically independent. You can use any one of them on its own, or run them in sequence — but data is not transferred automatically between them.
Is a ValuBase output a formal valuation?
+
No. ValuBase produces an indicative Enterprise Value. It is not a formal valuation, and does not replace professional advice from a qualified valuer.
What does ValuBridge do?
+
ValuBridge takes an Enterprise Value and bridges it to an indicative Equity Value using working capital, cash, debt and debt-like items, and non-operating assets. It starts from Enterprise Value — it does not value operating performance itself.
Does ValuFund guarantee lender approval?
+
No. ValuFund produces a professionally structured, lender-oriented proposal. It does not imply or guarantee lender approval or a commitment to lend.
Does the AI in ValuFund create or validate the financial calculations?
+
No. Any optional AI drafting assistance helps shape narrative sections only. It does not create or validate financial calculations. All numbers and judgements remain yours to review.
Do I need an account or to log in?
+
No. ValuSuite is a public collection of tools and information pages. There are no accounts, logins, dashboards or gated features.
Who develops ValuSuite?
+
ValuSuite is developed and operated by THINKERZ LTD, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC778478).
